For fourteen years HTL, Inc. has served clients, mainly in the Midwest, in
devising and implementing strategic plans. This involves some standard
components: Market Studies, Merger & Acquisition Programs, Product
and/or Technology Licensing, and Valuations.  It also involves, in many
cases, organizational planning for the successful implementation of
strategies. This has often meant doing highly focused searches for key
officers and executives to raise our client's ability to implement plans
effectively.

Typical assignments involve preparing a company for an IPO, buying
companies for clients, preparing a client for sale, negotiating licensing
agreements, preparing business plans for industry niche roll-ups and other
similar undertakings. Most, but not all, of our clients have been low-tech
manufacturing companies.


A significant part of our practice is as an intermediary, representing both
buyers and sellers.
